The tour will commence promptly at the scheduled time. We will only wait up to 15 minutes and the tour will we considered redeemed. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

Yes, light snacks are provided. Let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will try our best to accommodate you. Kindly bring your own water.

Knowing how to swim is highly recommended. Lifevests will be provided for tours that require swimming through deep water. Each tour will note if this is included.

Yes, there are poisonous plants in the areas we will visit. Rest assured, our seasoned guides possess comprehensive knowledge and are well-equipped to guide you safely through these environments. Should you have any known allergies to natural elements, we strongly recommend carrying your prescribed EpiPen to ensure your well-being during our adventure.

Nowhere and everywhere. Only our cave tour has a paid restroom facility available.

Hiking or workout clothes, closed toe shoes (that you don’t mind getting wet, NOT water shoes), change of clothes, towel, water.

Transportation is included from a meeting point centrally located in the Condado area of San Juan.

Pictures and videos will be taken for you and distributed at the end of the tour to 1 person per group up to 30 photos total.

We highly recommend that you don’t as they get damaged or lost by water or falls. Each participant can asses their personal risk level.

We offer tours in English, Spanish, and Spanglish at this time. Please email us if you would like to make arrangements for your own interpreter to join the tour.
